Hcrtr2
HCRTR2，即下丘脑分泌素受体2，别名OX2R、OXR2、ORXR2等 。它是一种G蛋白偶联受体，主要在大脑皮层、海马、下丘脑等区域表达 。HCRTR2的作用机制是通过与下丘脑神经肽食欲素A和食欲素B结合，触发细胞内钙离子水平的增加，从而调节多种生理功能，包括睡眠-觉醒周期、摄食行为、应激反应等 。HCRTR2的信号通路涉及多种下游分子和途径，包括G蛋白偶联受体信号传导、磷酸酯酶C激活的G蛋白偶联受体信号传导等 。生物学意义主要体现在对睡眠-觉醒周期的调节上，HCRTR2的激活能够促进觉醒状态，其功能异常与发作性睡病等睡眠障碍的发生发展密切相关 。此外，HCRTR2还在情绪调节、学习记忆等过程中发挥作用 。
