Il5ra
IL5RA，即白细胞介素5受体亚单位α，它是一种主要表达在单核细胞、T细胞和B细胞等免疫细胞表面的细胞因子受体。IL5RA的作用机制是与IL-5配体结合，形成α链和β链的异二聚体受体复合物，进而激活下游的信号传导途径，如JAK/STAT、MAPK、PI3K和NF-κB等，调节免疫细胞的增殖、分化和功能。IL5RA对调节免疫应答、细胞分化和炎症反应等生理过程至关重要，其异常表达或功能失调与多种疾病，包括肿瘤、炎症和自身免疫性疾病的发生发展密切相关。
