Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

We can provide the FITC labeling service, but the it is randomly labeled in vitro, the label is added at the free amino terminal of all lysine (primaquine),
it is not limited to the N-terminal of the protein, all the lysine residues will all be labeled. So this means more than one label is added.
There will be extra charges for labelling, lead time will be extended for 2-3 working days.
In addition, if you have some special demand for the tag, pls also keep us informed.
We are going to apply the protein to the in vitro cell and bind it to the receptor. Is it possible to guarantee?
At FITC labeling, you mentioned that there will be more than one labeling. Does it affect the protein structure?
However, as what we provide is the full length of the mature protein and it's purified under very mild condition, in theory, it should be active.
In theory, the FITC labelling doesn't have much influence on the protein structure, but as we don't provide structure validation for all proteins,
we also haven't done FITC labelling for this protein before, so we can't 100% guarantee its structure will be correct. Probably the customer can purchase a small size to have a try.
