产品描述:Recombinant Human Tumor necrosis factor-inducible gene 6 protein (TNFAIP6) is a partial length protein expressed with an N-terminal 6xHis-tagged in the E.coli. Its expression region corresponds to 18-277aa of human TNFAIP6 protein. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 96%. This recombinant TNFAIP6 protein may be used to synthesize antibodies against TNFAIP6 or on the studies of TNFAIP6-associated signal transduction. TNFAIP6 proteins in-stock are available.
TNFAIP6 is a secretory protein that contains a hyaluronan-binding domain. The hyaluronan-binding domain is involved in extracellular matrix stability and cell migration. This protein is possibly involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions during inflammation and tumorigenesis. TNFAIP6 related diseases include Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Its related pathways are Akt Signaling and Innate Immune System. -
