SSTR2
SSTR2（Somatostatin Receptor 2）是一种G蛋白耦联受体蛋白，属于生长抑素受体家族，它在细胞信号传导和生长抑素调节中发挥作用。SSTR2是生长抑素（somatostatin）的一个重要受体。生长抑素是一种多功能激素，能够抑制多种生长因子和激素的分泌，包括生长激素、胰岛素和胃液等。当生长抑素结合到SSTR2上时，它可以抑制相应激素的分泌和细胞生长，从而调节多种生理过程。特定SSTR2激动剂和拮抗剂已经用于治疗某些疾病，例如神经内分泌肿瘤和甲状腺疾病。其在多个生理过程中发挥作用，是一个潜力无限的靶点。
