Dgka

Diacylglycerol kinase alpha is a protein in humans that is encoded by DGKA gene. Upon cell stimulation converts the second messenger diacylglycerol into phosphatidate, initiating the resynthesis of phosphatidylinositols and attenuating protein kinase C activity.
