ARID1A
ARID1A，即AT丰富结合域1A基因，它是一种SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物家族中的重要成员，主要来源于染色体1p36.11上的位置。ARID1A的作用机制包括与DNA非特异性结合，调节细胞周期、细胞增殖、DNA损伤修复等细胞生命活动。ARID1A作为肿瘤抑制因子，在多种肿瘤中发生突变或缺失，对肿瘤的发生发展具有重要影响，其功能丧失可能导致肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭性增强。
