    Avi-tag Biotinylated

    E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    4. Meta-analysis of data from six sites of the International Multicentre persistent ADHD CollaboraTion tested the association of the common DRD5 alleles with categorically defined ADHD and with inattentive and hyperactive/impulsive symptom counts, found evidence that none of the common DRD5 alleles are associated with ADHD risk or ADHD symptom counts in adults. 5. Study investigated the contribution of DRD5 gene variants in the symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD): 19 exonic variants were monomorphic in the Indo-Caucasoid individuals. rs6283 "C" and rs113828117 "A" exhibited significant higher occurrence in families with ADHD probands. Early and late onset groups exhibited significantly different genotypic frequencies. PMID: 27250208
