Observed band size: 43 kDa -
IHC image of CSB-PA026138LA01HU diluted at 1:50 and staining in paraffin-embedded human salivary gland tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.Secondary antibody only control: uses 1% BSA instead of primary antibody.

产品描述:
The WNT5A antibody CSB-PA026138LA01HU was yielded in the rabbits immunized by using the recombinant human WNT5A protein as the immunogen. The target protein WNT5A mainly activates non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways, particularly the planar cell polarity (PCP) pathway, which is critical for the regulation of cell polarity and migration. It is also involved in the regulation of immune response and inflammation, and dysregulation of WNT5A expression has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and cardiovascular diseases.
This rabbit anti-human WNT5A polyclonal antibody is recommended for use in ELISA and WB applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G affinity chromatography and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the human WNT5A proteins and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of the WNT5A protein.

功能:Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Can activate or inhibit canonical Wnt signaling, depending on receptor context. In the presence of FZD4, activates beta-catenin signaling. In the presence of ROR2, inhibits the canonical Wnt pathway by promoting beta-catenin degradation through a GSK3-independent pathway which involves down-regulation of beta-catenin-induced reporter gene expression. Suppression of the canonical pathway allows chondrogenesis to occur and inhibits tumor formation. Stimulates cell migration. Decreases proliferation, migration, invasiveness and clonogenicity of carcinoma cells and may act as a tumor suppressor. Mediates motility of melanoma cells. Required during embryogenesis for extension of the primary anterior-posterior axis and for outgrowth of limbs and the genital tubercle. Inhibits type II collagen expression in chondrocytes.
