The use of recombinant human Transmembrane protein 65 protein to immunize the rabbit, subsequent collection of the rabbit serum, and the final isolation and purification of the antibody using antigen affinity method were used to produce the TMEM65 polyclonal antibody.
The TMEM65 polyclonal antibody shows reactivity with TMEM65 protein from human and mouse samples. It has been validated to recognize TMEM65 protein in the ELISA and WB applications, suggesting the usefulness of this TMEM65 polyclonal antibody in various experimental settings.
