CUSABIO's product CSB-PA810283LA01HU is a polyclonal antibody against the SULF2 protein. It is produced in the rabbit immunized with the recombinant human extracellular sulfatase SULF2 protein (463-660aa). Its purity reaches up to 95% using protein G purified. This SULF2 antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. And it reacts with SULF2 proteins from human, mouse, and rat samples.
SULF2 protein is an enzyme that plays a key role in modifying the activity of various signaling molecules in the body. It has been implicated in a number of different physiological and pathological processes, including cancer, inflammation, and cardiovascular disease.
