The production of anti-ROBO2 antibody involves immunizing rabbits with recombinant human ROBO2 protein (450-660aa), collecting the resulting blood to isolate the anti-serum, and purifying the antibody through antigen affinity purification.
The resulting ROBO2 polyclonal antibody is a type of unconjugated IgG. It only recognizes the human ROBO2 protein, which plays a crucial role in axon guidance, cell migration, angiogenesis, and tumor progression. This antibody has undergone validation for use in both ELISA and WB applications, allowing for the detection of the quantity and presence of the ROBO2 protein.
