    • Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA822274LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

    NECTIN4 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against recombinant NECTIN4 (91-199aa)of human origin. It was synthesized in a rabbit and purified by protein G. Its purity is over 95%. This NECTIN4 antibody is recommended for the detection of human NECTIN4 protein by ELISA and IF.

    NECTIN4 is primarily expressed on the surface of epithelial cells, where it plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of epithelial tissues and facilitating intercellular communication. It od also implicated in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of NECTIN4 expression or function has been related to cancer, viral infections, autoimmune disorders, and other diseases.
