    • IHC image of CSB-PA850914ESR2HU diluted at 1:250 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colorectal cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.

    Rabbits were immunized with the recombinant human LILRB4 protein (22-259aa), which elicited an immune response that produced a mixture of antibodies directed against various epitopes of the LILRB4 protein. The LILRB4 antibody was purified from the rabbit serum using antigen affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid.

    This LILRB4 antibody has been demonstrated to recognize and identify the human LILRB4 protein in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications. The LILRB4 protein mainly exerts immunoregulatory function and is also implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer, viral infections, and transplantation.
