    • Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA740922HA01HU at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

    CUSABIO's product CSB-PA740922HA01HU is a polyclonal antibody against CLEC9A protein. It is raised in the rabbit against a partial recombinant protein mapping within 103-214 amino acids of the human CLEC9A protein. This CLEC9A antibody exists as the unconjugated IgG isoform. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. It is validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IF applications. And it is reactive to human- and mouse-derived CLEC9A protein, also known as DNGR1, which plays a critical role in recognizing dead cells and facilitating the processing and cross-presentation of dead cell-associated Ag (antigen). The CLEC9A protein is also a key defining marker of the conventional DC1 (cDC1) subset.
