    The product CSB-MA8378691A0m is an IL1F10 mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts with human IL1F10 protein. The immunogen used to generate this IL1F10 monoclonal antibody is the recombinant human IL1F10 protein. The purity of this IL1F10 antibody is greater than 95% using the protein G purification. This IL1F10 monoclonal antibody has been shown to be useful to detect the IL1F10 protein in ELISA and IHC.

    IL1F10 is a cytokine, a small protein that plays a role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. It mainly modulates the immune system and protects the body against infections.     Cytokine with immunomodulatory activity. Alone, does not induce cytokine production, but reduces IL22 and IL17A production by T-cells in response to heat-killed Candida albicans. Reduces IL36G-induced production of IL8 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Increases IL6 production by dendritic cells stimulated by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Ligand for IL-36R/IL1RL2.
