Standard is 293 cell-derived recombinant protein. It is lyophilized powder.
The concentration after reconstitution is 1200pg/mL(pls refer to Page 9 in the manual);
The kit doesn't contain H2O2.

Review: Even though it was not advertised for that use, we tested cell culture supernatants, which we expect to contain Wnt1. As somewhat expectable, the ELISA rendered no signal. However, it is worth mentioning that the standard was prepared twice: In Standard Diluent and in cell culture medium, which both worked nicely.

功能:Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Acts in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by promoting beta-catenin-dependent transcriptional activation. In some developmental processes, is also a ligand for the coreceptor RYK, thus triggering Wnt signaling. Plays an essential role in the development of the embryonic brain and central nervous system (CNS). Has a role in osteoblast function, bone development and bone homeostasis.
