TUBAL3
α-3型微管蛋白链类似物（Tubulin alpha chain-like 3）是人体中由TUBAL3基因编码的蛋白质。微管是细胞内的主要成分，而微管蛋白则是微管的重要组成部分。该蛋白通过与GTP结合，在β链上的可交换位点结合一个GTP分子，在α链上的不可交换位点结合一个GTP分子（类似地）。
微管是一种细胞骨架结构，参与许多生物学过程，包括细胞形态的维持、细胞内物质的运输以及细胞分裂等。微管的形成和稳定性依赖于微管蛋白的正常功能。

Tubulin alpha chain-like 3is a protein in humans that is encoded by TUBAL3 gene. Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha chain (By similarity).
