LIFR

白血病抑制因子受体(leukemia inhibitory factor receptor,LIFR)是白血病抑制因子(LIF)的受体。LIFR与LIF结合,在排卵、胚胎发育及胚胎附植等过程中起重要的调节作用,与哺乳动物生殖过程密切相关。研究发现,LIFR的异常表达可能与输卵管异位妊娠的发生密切相关;LIFR在子宫内膜的表达减少或缺失,可能与原因不明原发不孕症有关。此外,LIFR表达还与血管瘤的增殖和退化过程有着密切关系。相关数据库显示,LIFR在多种癌症中普遍下调,且LIFR的表达含量与乳腺癌肿瘤微环境中的基质细胞含量具有正相关性。预后分析结果进一步表明,乳腺癌中高表达LIFR能够显著改善患者总生存期以及无复发生存期。因此,LIFR被认为是乳腺癌的免疫浸润和预后标志物。
