Il15ra
IL15RA，即白介素15受体α链，别名IL-15Rα。它是一种I型跨膜蛋白，属于I型细胞因子受体家族成员，由人体细胞自身的基因编码。IL15RA的作用机制主要通过与IL-15结合形成复合物，进而与共同的γ链（γc）和IL-2受体β链（IL-2Rβ）组装，形成高亲和力受体。这种复合物的激活会触发JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT和MAPK等下游信号通路，对多种免疫细胞的发育、存活和功能发挥重要作用。IL15RA在生物学上的意义非常广泛，它参与调节自然杀伤（NK）细胞、细胞毒性T细胞、记忆T细胞以及肠道上皮内淋巴细胞（IEL）的存活和扩增。此外，IL15RA还与黏膜免疫、抗肿瘤免疫反应以及自身免疫性疾病的发生发展有关。IL15RA的功能异常可能与某些免疫缺陷疾病相关，因此，它也是免疫调节治疗和某些疾病治疗中的潜在靶点。
