HDAC8
HDAC8，，即组蛋白去乙酰化酶8，别名CDA07、CDLS5、HD8，是HDAC家族成员之一，由HDAC8基因编码。它通过去除乙酰基团调控染色质结构，影响基因表达，参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等关键生理过程。HDAC8在多种组织中表达，尤其在神经系统和心脏发育中起重要作用。其异常表达与遗传性疾病和癌症相关，是药物开发中的潜在靶点，对治疗某些癌症和心脏疾病具有研究价值。
