HBG1
HBG1是编码成人血红蛋白中γ-链的基因，位于人类第11号染色体的血红蛋白基因簇中。HBG1基因表达的γ-链与α-链结合形成胎儿血红蛋白HbF，这种血红蛋白在胎儿期具有较高的氧气亲和力，有助于从母体获取氧气。随着婴儿出生后的成长，HBG1的表达逐渐减少，而成人血红蛋白HbA（由HBA1和HBB基因编码）成为主要形式。HBG1基因的突变可能导致血红蛋白病，如镰状细胞贫血，影响红细胞的正常形态和功能。因此，HBG1在胎儿发育、氧气运输以及相关血液疾病的发生中具有重要的生物学意义。
