GBA1
GBA1，即溶酶体酸性β-葡糖脑苷脂酶，是一种在人体细胞中广泛分布的酶，尤其在神经元和巨噬细胞中表达丰富。其结构包含多个功能域，共同协作催化葡糖脑苷脂的水解，从而维持细胞内外葡萄糖和脑苷脂的平衡。GBA1不仅参与脂质代谢，对细胞膜的结构和功能以及细胞内的信号传导起到关键作用，还与神经系统的正常功能紧密相连。其功能的异常可能导致神经退行性疾病如高雪氏症等的发生。此外，GBA1与磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶信号通路、自噬过程和炎症反应等细胞内的多个信号通路密切相关，共同调控细胞的生长、增殖、凋亡以及免疫应答等生理过程。
