凝血因子IX(F9)是一种维生素K依赖性的血浆糖蛋白,由肝脏合成,在内源性凝血途径中扮演关键角色。其结构功能主要体现在作为凝血酶原复合物的一部分,促进凝血酶的产生,进而将纤维蛋白原转化为纤维蛋白,形成血栓以止血并修复受损血管。在信号通路方面,凝血因子IX首先与凝血因子VIII和钙离子结合,形成复合物,随后催化凝血因子X转化为凝血因子Xa,最终与凝血因子Va等共同形成凝血酶原复合物,催化凝血酶原转化为凝血酶,从而触发血小板激活和纤维蛋白形成,完成凝血过程。凝血因子IX的结构功能和信号通路是凝血机制中不可或缺的一部分,其正常功能对于维持人体止血平衡至关重要。
