ENPP1
ENPP1，即外核苷酸焦磷酸酶/磷酸二酯酶1，别名PC-1、CD203c等。它是一种细胞外糖蛋白，由人体细胞自身的基因编码，主要在免疫系统、骨代谢和能量代谢中发挥作用。ENPP1的作用机制包括水解细胞外的核苷酸三磷酸产生焦磷酸盐，这一过程在骨矿化和胰岛素信号传导中具有重要作用。此外，ENPP1还能通过水解免疫递质2'3'-环GMP-AMP（cGAMP）来抑制STING信号通路，从而调节先天免疫反应 。ENPP1在生物学上的意义非常广泛，它参与多种生理和病理过程，包括骨矿化、胰岛素信号传导、肿瘤免疫逃逸等。ENPP1的表达与多种疾病相关，例如在肿瘤微环境中，ENPP1的高表达与不良预后相关，其水解cGAMP活性可能抑制了cGAS-STING通路，从而抑制了抗肿瘤免疫反应 。此外，ENPP1还可能参与调节细胞外ATP/腺苷平衡，影响肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞浸润和功能 。因此，ENPP1是免疫生物学研究和癌症治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
