CD79A

CD79a,即B细胞抗原受体复合体α链,别名MB-1。它是一种与B细胞抗原受体(BCR)相关的膜糖蛋白,由CD79a和CD79b两种异二聚体亚单位组成。CD79a在B细胞的各个发育阶段均有表达,是B细胞的特征性标记之一。CD79a的作用机制主要是与CD79b共同参与B细胞受体的信号转导。当抗原与BCR结合后,CD79a/CD79b异二聚体能够传递激活信号,引发B细胞的增殖、分化和抗体产生。CD79a的细胞质区含有免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM),是信号转导的关键结构。CD79a还参与调节B细胞的凋亡和耐受。CD79a在生物学上的意义主要体现在其对B细胞功能的重要调控作用。作为B细胞受体的重要组成部分,CD79a参与B细胞的抗原识别、激活、增殖和分化等过程。此外,CD79a的表达还与某些B细胞肿瘤的发生发展相关,如B细胞急性淋巴细胞性白血病(B-ALL)等。因此,CD79a是B细胞生物学研究和B细胞相关疾病治疗的重要靶点。
