CCR9

CCR9具有七个跨膜区域、两个胞浆区域和一个胞外区域。这种结构使得CCR9能够与其特定的配体结合并传递信号。其配体为CCL25(也称为TECK),这是一种由肠上皮细胞产生的趋化因子,能够吸引CCR9表达的免疫细胞,如T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞,向肠道迁移。CCR9/CCL25信号通路在肠道免疫调节中具有重要作用,特别是在炎症性肠病(如克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎)等疾病的发病机制中。
