BSG

Basigin(BSG),又称CD147,是一种高度糖基化的、分子量为50~60kD的跨膜糖蛋白,属于免疫球蛋白超家族(IgSF)成员。人BASIGIN由269个氨基酸组成,可分为胞外区、跨膜区及胞内区。BSG可通过刺激肿瘤细胞自身及其周围的成纤维细胞,分泌多种基质金属蛋白酶(extracellular matrix metalloproteinase,MMP),包括MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-3、MMP-11以及MT1-MMP和MT2-MMP等,从而加快肿瘤周围基质的降解,促进了肿瘤的转移。已证实BASIGIN在许多类型的人实体瘤,如肺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、食管癌或胃癌中过度表达。既往研究表明,Basigin分子是肿瘤发展过程重要的功能性膜蛋白,参与多种与癌症有关的现象。目前,Basigin已被作为一种新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点。
