BAFF

BAFF(B细胞激活因子)是一种由髓系细胞产生的细胞因子,属于肿瘤坏死因子家族,对B细胞的存活、增殖、抗原呈递以及类别转换重组起着至关重要的作用。它通过与三种受体(TNFRSF13B/TACI、TNFRSF17/BCMA、TNFRSF13C/BAFFR)结合,激活多种信号通路,包括NF-κB、MAPK(丝裂原活化蛋白激酶)和PI3K/AKT等,这些信号通路在B细胞的生物学过程以及免疫调节中发挥着重要作用。然而,BAFF的过度产生和激活也可能导致自身免疫性疾病的发生。因此,对BAFF的结构功能及其参与的信号通路的深入研究,对于理解其在免疫系统中的作用机制以及开发相关疾病的治疗方法具有重要意义。
