共轭:Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

We want to order CSB-BP886172MO, 0.05mg. However, we want the tag type to be biotin tag.
Can you provide this protein in biotin tag?
(1)If you the Biotin label, we can provide the biotinylated service, It's labeled in vitro by random.
It's labeled at the free amino terminal of all lysine (primaquine) not only at the N-terminus, which means the amino acids containing the lysine residue can all be labelled. There will be extra charges for biotinylated service. Lead time will be extended for 3 working days.
(2)If you need biotin tag, we can provide N-terminal 6xHis-Avi-tagged or N-terminal 6xHis-tagged and C-terminal Avi-tagged,
As the specific biotin tagged protein has the risk of not being expressed, so if it's failed to express, we need to charge some cost and we will provide the constructed plasmid.
You can perform biotinylation in vitro based on either of these two tags.
Avi-tag itself can be biotinylated in vitro and in vivo.
In vivo, one method is to use a specific strain: https://www.avidity.com/avitag/avb-101-glycerol-stock-0
The other method is to build a co-expression, which is relatively difficult.
So these two kinds of in vivo biotinylated are not recommended.
What we express is non-biotinylated protein. If customer wants biotinylation, the customer can purchase enzyme or kit for biotinylation in vitro. We do not provide this in vitro biotinylation labeling service.

功能:Antagonist of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) pathways via inhibition of FGF-mediated phosphorylation of ERK1/2. Thereby acts as an antagonist of FGF-induced retinal lens fiber differentiation, may inhibit limb bud outgrowth and may negatively modulate respiratory organogenesis. Inhibits TGFB-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition in retinal lens epithelial cells. Inhibits CBL/C-CBL-mediated EGFR ubiquitination.
