Q:

Is it possible to have this protein with a myc-Tag ONLY?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry.Usually, our tag also contains the purification tag, such as his-tag.We usually produce the protein with an N-terminal tag and C-terminal Myc-tagged. If you only need myc-tag, we need to remove the N terminal tag. According to our experience, the success rate is 75%-86%. We can't 100% guarantee that the tag will be removed successfully. Our policy: The tag type will be determined during the production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially.
If we fail in developing the specified tag, we will send other tag types directly without negotiation.
Q:

Is there a molecular weight and which domains are included?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry. The express region of this protein is 24-355aa.This protein is the complete extracellular domain, containing the Fibronectin type-III 1 and Fibronectin type-III 2 Domain. The target protein molecular weight is 38KDa,the fusion protein's molecular weight will be confirmed after we confirm the expression plasmid.

靶点详情

  • 功能:
Associates with IL12RB1 to form the interleukin-23 receptor. Binds IL23 and mediates T-cells, NK cells and possibly certain macrophage/myeloid cells stimulation probably through activation of the Jak-Stat signaling cascade. IL23 functions in innate and adaptive immunity and may participate in acute response to infection in peripheral tissues. IL23 may be responsible for autoimmune inflammatory diseases and be important for tumorigenesis.
