IHC image of CSB-RA303909A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.

Overlay histogram showing HepG2 cells stained with CSB-RA303909A0HU (red line) at 1:50. The cells were fixed with 70% Ethylalcohol (18h) and then incubated in 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followedby the antibody (1µg/1*106 cells) for 1 h at 4℃.The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 30min at 4℃. Control antibody (green line) was Rabbit IgG (1µg/1*106 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.

Among the classical, alternative, and lectin pathways for complement activation, C3 is central to the function of all three pathways and C3 convertase-induced production of cleavage products mediates numerous biological activities and then acts on the C5 convertase. C3a and C3b binding to complement receptors C3aR and CD36, respectively, play a key role in the regulation of human T cell responses via intracellular C3 activation mediated by cathepsin L (CTSL). When C3 is split into C3b, an internal thioester link is exposed, allowing C3b to connect to hydroxyl groups on nearby carbohydrates and proteins in a stable covalent manner.
The recombinant C3 antibody was generated in vitro through inserting cloned C3 genes into expression vectors. The expression vector was then inserted into a mammalian cell to express this C3 antibody. It has been validated in ELISA, WB, IHC, FC. Every step in the production was controlled strictly. 功能:C3 plays a central role in the activation of the complement system. Its processing by C3 convertase is the central reaction in both classical and alternative complement pathways. After activation C3b can bind covalently, via its reactive thioester, to cell surface carbohydrates or immune aggregates.; Derived from proteolytic degradation of complement C3, C3a anaphylatoxin is a mediator of local inflammatory process.
