    Ovalbumin is a native protein with full length. This protein is purified from chicken egg white. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 95%. It is presented the mass molecule around 45 kDa visualized on the gel. It has been validated in ELISA, WB and SDS-PAGE applications.
    Ovalbumin (OVA) is the main protein found in egg white proteins (EWP), which has good functionality, particularly foaming and gelling properties. OVA is a globular protein containing 385 amino acid residues, 1 disulphide bond, and 4 free sulphydryl groups. Ovalbumin displays sequence and three-dimensional homology to the serpin superfamily, but unlike most serpins it is not a serine protease inhibitor. Although it is presumed to be a storage protein, the function of ovalbumin is still unknown.

建议客户先离心取上清进行浓度检测和SDS-PAGE看下吧,若未降解,客户可以先用于实验检测;若蛋白不符合客户实验使用,我们这边年后对库存进行复溶检测,给客户重新补发一批;

I am looking for EndoGrade® Endotoxin-free Ovalbumin. Can you let me know if your protein Ovalbumin Protein - CSB-NP004301C – 1g is a good alternative, do you have tested the level of endotoxin? I need that the protein will be free of endotoxin or ≤ 1EU/mg.
