    The Rat HSP47/Serpin H1 ELISA Kit is a high-quality research tool designed for the quantitative detection of Serpin H1 in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates.     The assay principle is based on the sandwich technique, in which the capture antibody is pre-coated on a microplate and the detection antibody is labeled with biotin. Upon binding to the target analyte, the complex is captured by streptavidin-HRP conjugate and the substrate TMB is added to produce a colored reaction product that is quantified by measuring the absorbance at 450 nm.
