        GUCA2B (guanylate cyclase activator 2B), 又称Uroguanylin, 是一种肠道源性多肽激素,由前体蛋白质分泌后在肠道内部分解成为生物活性的Uroguanylin。Uroguanylin通过结合肠道内的鸟苷酸酰化酶(GC-C)而激活环鸟苷酸(cGMP)通路,促进肠蠕动,增加胃肠分泌和吸收,并对肾脏排钠有调节作用。GUCA2B在人体中主要存在于小肠和结肠,其浓度可随饮食的改变而变化,而在某些肠道疾病中其水平会发生改变。
