产品评价: 我用CSB-E07272m检测高脂饮食诱导的C57小鼠,分别包括正常饮食、高脂诱导模型组及高脂诱导给药组的小鼠血清,稀释比例为1:2000;由于实验室酶标仪较为老旧,稀释倍数应在1:4000可能结果更好,同时标准曲线最高浓度10ng/ml与5ng/ml相近,故舍去最高浓度od值。
