Thanks for your inquiry.
The kit csb-e14196m uses the double antibody sandwich principle to detect the polymerization form of Desmosine.
We make detection on normal serum and plasma sample, 1:200 dilution, getting the value is 12.5--50pg/ml, then the final concentration is 2.5-10ng/ml.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.

I have already prepared samples by homogenizing using thermo fisher’s MPER buffer (see link below)

The only content information I can find is “Formulation
Proprietary detergent in 25mM bicine buffer, pH 7.6”
Here i would like to know if we can use these samples with your ELISA. We appear to believe that PBS and freeze thaw alone may not be sufficient to break up the elastin fibers?
