Thanks for your inquiry. If dilution range is not provided in the protocol, it means that dilution is not needed. We suggest you do a pretest first.

Thanks for your reply. Okay, does that mean I need 100ul of serum sample? (I realize that dilution depends on my samples). If you can get any data on sample dilution that it would be very helpful.

We tested undiluted serum and plasma samples before and the test value is 25ng/ml. The sample volume is 100ul.
You can do a pretest to confirm the optimal dilution factor according to your sample's situation.
