    Review: This was a trial kit (only 24 wells) to test if it was going to work with our samples. We are testing the quantity of Gelsolin within Equine plasma at different time points before and after treatment. We tested the samples undilute, 1:25, 1:250 and (recommended) 1:2500. Both the 1:250 and 1:2500 samples were within range of the standard curve. We have since ordered more kits in order to run all of the study samples at 1:1000 dilution.
