Stk11
STK11，即丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶11，也被称为LKB1（Liver Kinase B1）。它是一种在人体多种组织中表达的蛋白质，尤其在肝脏、肾脏和肺组织中。STK11的作用机制涉及作为蛋白激酶，通过磷酸化丝氨酸和苏氨酸残基，调控多种细胞过程，包括细胞极性、细胞周期、细胞增殖和细胞凋亡。STK11是LKB1-AMPK-mTOR信号通路的关键调节因子，通过激活AMPK（AMP激活蛋白激酶）来抑制mTOR（哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白）信号通路，从而在能量平衡和细胞生长中发挥作用。在生物学意义上，STK11作为肿瘤抑制基因，其突变与多种癌症的发生发展有关，特别是在肺腺癌和胃肠道肿瘤中。STK11的活性丧失可能导致细胞周期失控和肿瘤形成，因此它在癌症治疗中是一个重要的靶点。
