Tnfsf15
TNFSF15,也称为血管内皮生长抑制因子(VEGI)或TL1A,是由TNFSF15基因编码的蛋白质,位于染色体9q32上。该蛋白质由251个氨基酸组成,包含胞质结构域、跨膜域和胞外结构域,并能形成稳定的同源三聚体结构。TNFSF15主要作为死亡受体3(DR3)的配体,参与调控VEGF/VEGFR信号通路,影响内皮细胞的增殖、凋亡以及淋巴管生成等过程。它在血管生成、淋巴管形成、免疫调节等多个方面发挥重要作用,并为涉及血管通透性增加的病理过程(如肿瘤、脑卒中等)的治疗提供了新的靶点。
