Masp2
MASP2，即甘露聚糖结合凝集素相关丝氨酸蛋白酶2，它是由人体编码的蛋白质，属于补体系统的一部分。MASP2主要来源于肝脏，是凝集素途径中的关键效应酶。其作用机制是在凝集素途径激活后，MASP2被甘露糖结合凝集素（MBL）或其他模式识别分子激活，进而裂解C4和C2，形成C3转化酶，激活C3和C5，最终导致形成膜攻击复合物（MAC），发挥溶细胞效应。在信号通路方面，MASP2的激活是补体系统凝集素途径的中心环节，通过其丝氨酸蛋白酶活性，MASP2参与调控免疫反应和炎症过程。在生物学意义上，MASP2对宿主的免疫防御至关重要，其功能异常与多种炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病的发生发展相关。MASP2的活性调节为治疗相关疾病提供了新的策略。

IHC image of CSB-PA013510LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human melanoma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
