  • 产品描述:

The N-terminal 10xHis tag was fused to the gene fragment corresponding to the 19-352aa of the mouse Wnt3a protein and then was cloned into an expression vector. The expression vector was transformed into the E.coli for expression. The generated product was purified and separated to obtain the recombinant mouse Wnt3a protein. Its purity is higher than 85%. It showed an apparent molecular weight of about 40-45 kDa under SDS-PAGE condition. This recombinant mouse Wnt3a protein may be used in the research about develpomental biology.

Wnt3a is a gene encoding a protein named Wnt3a and belongs Wnt family which consists of structurally related genes encoding secreted signaling proteins. These proteins are highly conserved across species. Wnt3a is ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. It functions in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway that results in activation of transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family. WNT3A-associtaed diseases include Osteoporosis, Juvenile and Osteoporosis-Pseudoglioma Syndrome.
