The recombinant truncated Clostridium botulinum botB protein was purified by SDS-PAGE and got a purity of over 85%. The botB protein migrated to a molecular weight of about 64 kDa on the SDS-PAGE gel. And it was also validated by the LC-MS/MS analysis. In-stock botB proteins are offered now.
